I just want to say that I am very thankful for Blake Parritt for all that he has done for me to build my dream office. I had 3 previous contractors dropping the case on me halfway thru the bid because they said the job was too complex for them, and they couldn’t accomplish. Then, I met Blake thru a colleague, and asked if he could help me with my office. He was very transparent and let me know he was booked out, but I begged for help after my previous contractor nightmares, so he was willing to help me.

From my first contractor, they hired a not very skilled architect who messed up ceiling height, and electrical panels, which ended up creating another disastrous storm during construction. It would have cost me much more than assumed because of architect mess-ups, and Blake knew it wasn’t my fault, and he had empathy on me and knew my circumstance to try to help me budget thru this because I ran out of my funds.

I really went thru a hard time trying to build my place out, and my office wouldn’t be here today if Blake didn’t choose to step into my life to help me.  He saw me cry; he saw me stressed; he saw me giggle; yet he was calm to talk me thru the whole process and always reassured me it would be taken care.

He was there thru one of the most difficult times in my life, and I was touched by his kindness and care. Only a few months ago I was a complete stranger!

I felt alone before I met him, and he really came to rescue me. Today, I have a beautiful office. Thank you so much Blake! You helped accomplish another doctor her dream!

Blake did my 2nd office and I am currently working with him on my 3rd and 4th office build-outs. His work is timely, he is ethical, and his costs are very fair.
